- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Valeresa. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@valeresa.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@valeresa.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
