1. FREE SHIPPING
Valeresa offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. We want every customer to experience luxury home decor without any additional shipping costs.
2. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
We ship from our warehouse and deliver to the United States within the following estimated timeframes:
- Standard Shipping (United States): 7-12 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@valeresa.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Valeresa is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@valeresa.com.
